For the first time ever, both the men’s and women’s FIFA World Cup™ trophies were unveiled in Australia. Sponsored by Coca-Cola, our challenge was to produce an event that would celebrate Australia’s participation in both FIFA events & provide Coca-Cola with an opportunity to say thank-you to their customers and staff by including them in the excitement.
Across two days, we hosted a local FIFA World Cup™ experience at the newly renovated Sydney Football Stadium to welcome the Men’s and Women’s World Cup trophies. The two-day stadium takeover served as an opportunity to engage stakeholders, media and staff to celebrate the magical moments of the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour by Coca-Cola.
Guests and their football fanatic families were able to have their photo taken with the coveted trophies and enjoy great corporate hospitality and experiential activities.
To support our activation, we developed a targeted media campaign, including rolling interviews with global FIFA superstar Rivaldo and Socceroos coach Graham Arnold, securing national coverage across all major news and sporting outlets.
